Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent Apparel Inventory Clerk to join our logistics and inventory management team in Hamburg. This role is crucial in overseeing garment inventory levels, tracking stock movement, and ensuring accurate records for efficient apparel distribution and replenishment.

Primary responsibilities include maintaining inventory databases, conducting regular stock counts, verifying received shipments against purchase orders, and updating garment quantities in the system. The clerk will also identify discrepancies, prepare inventory reports, and collaborate with warehouse and retail teams to support order fulfillment and prevent stockouts.

This position is well-suited for individuals who have strong attention to detail, enjoy working with data, and are familiar with inventory control processes within the apparel or retail industry.

Job Requirement:

Applicants should have completed at least a secondary school education. Previous experience as an inventory clerk or in a related warehouse or retail role is preferred.

Candidates must have basic computer skills and be proficient in using inventory software or databases. Familiarity with garment codes, labeling, and stock rotation methods is an advantage.

Strong numerical accuracy, recordkeeping, and analytical skills are essential. The ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and multitask in a dynamic environment is important.

Good verbal and written communication skills in German or English are required. Candidates should be comfortable working in both office and warehouse settings and be able to perform occasional physical tasks, such as lifting or moving garment containers.
