Job Description:
We are hiring an Apparel Packaging Operator to efficiently manage the packaging process of finished garments at our facility in Hamburg. This role involves operating packaging machines and manual packing tasks to ensure apparel products are securely packed and ready for shipment in a timely manner.
You will be responsible for preparing packaging materials, operating automated or semi-automated packing equipment, folding garments neatly, and labeling packages according to customer specifications. Monitoring packaging quality and reporting any issues to supervisors is part of your daily work. Maintaining a clean and organized work area and complying with safety standards are also essential.
This role requires precision, good hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. You will work closely with production and logistics teams to meet delivery deadlines while maintaining packaging quality.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have at least a secondary school education or vocational training related to packaging, manufacturing, or textiles. Prior experience in apparel packaging or similar roles is preferred but not mandatory.
Applicants must be capable of operating packaging machinery and handling garments with care. Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately are essential.
Physical fitness to handle repetitive tasks, lifting, and standing for long periods is required. Basic communication skills in German or English will facilitate coordination and documentation.
