We are hiring an Assembly Line Assembler to support our high-volume manufacturing operations in Berlin. This position involves assembling components and products on a moving production line using hand tools, power tools, and semi-automated equipment. Your duties will include fitting, securing, and aligning mechanical or electronic parts according to standard operating procedures and blueprints. Job Requirement:
Candidates should have completed secondary education or a vocational training course in manufacturing, production, or mechanical assembly. Previous experience in an assembly line or production environment is preferred but not mandatory, as on-the-job training will be provided for motivated applicants.
Applicants must be familiar with using basic hand tools, electric screwdrivers, and other mechanical devices used in component assembly. An ability to follow written instructions, visual diagrams, and oral directions is essential for maintaining production flow.
Strong hand-eye coordination, manual dexterity, and the ability to perform repetitive tasks without loss of focus are key. Applicants must be physically fit, as the job involves standing for extended periods, lifting light materials, and maintaining posture during routine movements.
Reliability and punctuality are important, as are teamwork and communication skills. Basic knowledge of safety regulations and quality assurance practices is an advantage.
