Job Description:
We are hiring a Batch Mixing Operator to join our production team in Frankfurt am Main. In this role, you will be responsible for operating and monitoring batch mixing machinery to ensure accurate blending of ingredients according to specified formulations. You will oversee the setup, calibration, and maintenance of mixing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and product consistency.
Your duties will include loading ingredients, controlling mixing parameters such as speed and time, and performing quality checks on mixed batches. You will also document production data, report any machine malfunctions, and collaborate with quality assurance to maintain product standards. This position requires a hands-on operator who is attentive to detail and capable of working in a fast-paced food or chemical production environment.

Job Requirement:
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience operating industrial mixing or processing machinery. Familiarity with batch production processes and the ability to follow precise recipes and instructions is essential.
Technical aptitude to set up and troubleshoot mixing equipment is required. Candidates should be able to read technical manuals, interpret production orders, and maintain accurate production records.
Physical stamina and manual dexterity are necessary to handle ingredient loading and equipment cleaning tasks. Knowledge of safety and hygiene regulations, particularly in food or chemical industries, is mandatory.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are valued. Experience with automated or semi-automated batch mixers will be considered an advantage.
