Job Description:
We are seeking a CNC Turning Operator in Munich to program and operate CNC lathe machines for high-precision turning operations. You will be responsible for loading programs, setting tooling, and monitoring the machining process.
Your role includes verifying dimensions and surface finish, adjusting machine parameters, and troubleshooting issues to ensure parts meet specifications. Coordination with engineering and quality departments will be necessary to optimize production.
Maintaining CNC machines, documenting production data, and following safety procedures are key aspects of this position.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have experience programming and operating CNC lathes. Proficiency in reading technical drawings and using measuring instruments is essential.
Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of CNC machining principles are required. Ability to perform routine maintenance and adhere to safety standards is mandatory.
You should be comfortable working independently and as part of a team, with flexibility for shift work. Vocational training or certification in CNC machining will be advantageous.
