Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Component Assembly Technician to join our precision manufacturing team in Munich. This position involves the mechanical and/or electronic assembly of components into finished products or subassemblies in accordance with technical specifications and quality standards.

As a key part of the production process, you will be responsible for reading engineering drawings, interpreting assembly instructions, and utilizing hand tools, soldering equipment, or semi-automated machines to assemble intricate components. Tasks include aligning parts, fastening components, performing functional tests, and reporting any deviations or defects to supervisors.

You will work in collaboration with quality control and engineering teams to ensure that each unit meets performance standards. This role requires high levels of concentration, as you will be assembling parts where small inaccuracies can affect product performance.

A clean and organized work area, adherence to safety practices, and compliance with manufacturing procedures are essential for success in this role. Whether you're assembling electronic circuit boards or mechanical devices, you’ll be a crucial contributor to our high-quality production output.

Job Requirement:

Applicants should hold a vocational diploma or technical certification in mechanical, electrical, or electronics assembly. A minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a component assembly environment—particularly in industries such as automotive, electronics, or machinery—is preferred.

The ideal candidate will have the ability to read technical drawings, wiring diagrams, and assembly instructions accurately. Strong manual dexterity, attention to detail, and experience with hand tools such as screwdrivers, pliers, torque wrenches, and soldering irons are required.

Familiarity with electro-mechanical components, soldering techniques (especially for electronic assemblies), and testing procedures is highly advantageous. Candidates must possess the ability to follow strict quality guidelines and maintain accuracy during repetitive tasks.

The position requires the ability to work seated or standing for extended periods, depending on the product being assembled. You must be reliable, punctual, and capable of working independently or as part of a team.

A safety-conscious mindset, good communication skills, and openness to learning new technologies are also important. Experience with ISO-certified manufacturing environments or ESD-safe practices will be considered a plus.
