Job Description:
We are seeking a Compression Molding Technician in Cologne to operate and maintain compression molding machines for manufacturing components. Your primary responsibility will be to set up and run molding equipment to produce precise parts according to specifications.
The role involves preparing molds, loading materials, monitoring temperature and pressure settings, and inspecting finished products for quality assurance. Regular machine cleaning and preventive maintenance will help reduce downtime and extend equipment life.
Working closely with the production and quality teams, you will ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while maintaining efficient workflow.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have hands-on experience with compression molding or other molding processes in a manufacturing environment. Mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to perform routine maintenance are important.
You must be able to read technical documents and follow safety protocols. Physical stamina to stand and handle materials during shifts is required. Good communication skills and the ability to work within a team are essential.
Previous experience with quality control and troubleshooting molding defects will be an advantage.
