Job Description:
We are seeking a Coating Line Technician to join our team in Frankfurt am Main. In this role, you will operate and maintain coating line machinery, ensuring consistent application of paints and protective finishes on products. You will monitor line speeds, adjust settings for optimal coverage, and perform quality checks throughout the coating process.
Responsibilities include routine maintenance of equipment, troubleshooting operational issues, and collaborating with the quality assurance team to meet production standards. A strong focus on safety and environmental compliance is essential.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must have at least 2 years of experience operating coating or paint line equipment in a manufacturing setting. Technical knowledge of coating processes, machinery maintenance, and quality control procedures is required.
Physical ability to stand for long periods and work in controlled environments is necessary. Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work within a team are essential.
Experience with automated coating systems and adherence to safety protocols for handling chemicals will be an advantage.
