Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled CNC Machinist to join our precision manufacturing team in Munich. In this role, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce parts and components according to technical specifications. Your duties will include interpreting blueprints, setting up equipment, loading materials, and overseeing machine cycles to ensure consistent production output.

As a CNC Machinist, you will also be responsible for measuring finished workpieces using precision tools to verify accuracy and quality. You will work closely with engineers and quality inspectors to optimize machining processes and reduce errors or downtime. Routine machine maintenance, such as cleaning, lubrication, and minor repairs, is also part of the role. This position is ideal for someone with a high level of technical skill, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to producing high-quality work in a fast-paced environment.

Job Requirement:

Candidates must have completed a technical education or vocational training in machining, manufacturing technology, or a related field. A minimum of 2 years of experience working as a CNC Machinist is required. Proficiency in reading engineering drawings and programming CNC machinery is essential. Familiarity with G-code and various CNC software systems is necessary.

Applicants should be adept in using measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, and gauges. Good troubleshooting skills and the ability to identify and correct machining issues independently are important. The role demands precision, patience, and the ability to work under pressure while maintaining safety and quality standards. Strong teamwork and communication skills are vital, as is a willingness to work rotating shifts or overtime when necessary. Fluency in German is an advantage, along with a strong work ethic and adaptability to technological updates.
