Job Description:
We are seeking a meticulous and efficient Boxing and Wrapping Associate to join our retail packaging team in Munich. Your primary responsibility will be to securely package products to ensure they are protected during transit and presented professionally to customers.
Daily tasks include boxing products according to size and fragility, wrapping items with protective materials, sealing packages, and labeling them for shipment or in-store pickup. You will also be expected to maintain a clean and organized workspace and collaborate with the packing and dispatch teams to meet daily order deadlines.
Attention to detail and speed are vital to maintain the quality and timeliness of deliveries, contributing to an excellent customer experience.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have prior experience in packaging, shipping, or retail fulfillment roles. Strong manual dexterity and the ability to handle a variety of product types, including fragile goods, are required.
You must be physically fit to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks involving lifting and wrapping. Knowledge of packaging materials and techniques is preferred.
Good communication skills in German and the ability to work well within a team environment are essential. Flexibility to work shifts, including busy periods, weekends, or holidays, is expected.
