Job Description:
We are hiring a motivated Customer Sales Assistant to join our retail team in Munich. In this role, you will be the primary point of contact for customers, assisting them with product inquiries, recommendations, and purchases. Your goal is to provide exceptional service that ensures a positive shopping experience and encourages repeat visits.
You will manage customer transactions, handle product returns and exchanges, and maintain a clean, organized sales area. Part of your role includes upselling products and promoting ongoing store offers. You’ll work closely with the sales team to meet daily and monthly sales targets, contributing directly to the store’s success.
Your attention to detail will be vital for keeping shelves well-stocked and visually appealing. You will also support inventory management by reporting low stock and assisting with stocktaking activities. The position requires a friendly, approachable demeanor, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Job Requirement:
Applicants should have prior experience in retail or customer service roles, ideally within busy sales environments. Strong communication skills in German are essential, and basic English proficiency is beneficial.
You must be comfortable using point-of-sale (POS) systems and managing cash transactions accurately. A customer-centric attitude, patience, and problem-solving skills are important for handling inquiries and resolving issues professionally.
Physical stamina is required for standing long hours and performing tasks such as restocking shelves. The ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, is necessary. Candidates should demonstrate reliability, teamwork, and a proactive approach to achieving sales goals.
