Job Description:
We are seeking an organized and efficient Delivery Coordination Worker to manage and oversee the delivery schedules for our retail operations in Munich. In this role, you will coordinate shipments between warehouses, stores, and customers to ensure timely and accurate product deliveries.
Your responsibilities include scheduling delivery routes, communicating with drivers and logistics partners, tracking orders, and resolving any delivery issues or delays. You will also assist in maintaining accurate delivery records and reporting to store management.
This position is key to maintaining seamless supply chain operations and excellent customer service in a fast-moving retail environment.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have experience in logistics coordination, supply chain support, or a similar role. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential.
You must be proficient in scheduling software and basic computer applications. Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are critical to handle delivery challenges effectively.
Fluency in German is required to liaise with drivers, suppliers, and store teams. Flexibility to manage schedules during peak retail periods and work occasional extended hours is expected.
