We are seeking a meticulous and customer-focused Customer Returns Clerk for our retail store in Cologne. In this role, you will handle returned merchandise, ensuring items are processed efficiently according to store policies.
Your tasks include inspecting returned products for damage or defects, logging returns into the system, arranging restocking or disposal, and assisting customers with return queries.
