Job Description:
We are hiring a reliable and tech-savvy Digital Order Fulfillment Worker for our retail distribution center in Hamburg. In this position, you will be responsible for the complete processing of online orders—from item retrieval to packaging—ensuring timely and accurate delivery to customers.
Key responsibilities include scanning inventory, picking and packing orders, updating order statuses in the system, and verifying quality and quantity. You will work closely with logistics and warehouse teams to prioritize shipments and ensure same-day or next-day dispatch, based on service levels.
Your contribution is essential to maintaining high customer satisfaction in our growing online business, especially during peak seasons or promotional periods.
Job Requirement:
Applicants should have experience in warehouse operations or e-commerce fulfillment. Familiarity with handheld scanning devices and basic digital inventory systems is required. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are vital.
Physical fitness is necessary for standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods. A collaborative attitude and communication skills in German are essential to coordinate with team members.
Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and evenings, is important, especially during high order volumes.
