Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and efficient Commercial Cleaning Crew Member to support retail operations at our Frankfurt am Main store. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring a clean, organized, and sanitary environment throughout the retail facility, including sales areas, stockrooms, and common areas.
You will carry out routine and deep cleaning tasks such as floor care (vacuuming, mopping, buffing), restroom sanitation, dusting fixtures, trash removal, and periodic window cleaning. You will also assist during store openings or closings to reset and sanitize the facility in compliance with health and safety standards.
This position is critical in maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the store, contributing to a positive shopping experience for customers.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have prior experience in commercial or industrial cleaning, preferably within large-scale retail or similar environments. Familiarity with professional cleaning equipment and the safe use of chemicals is essential.
You must be physically fit and capable of handling repetitive tasks, bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods. Knowledge of hygiene protocols and safety practices is expected.
Basic proficiency in German is required to understand safety instructions, work schedules, and cleaning procedures. Flexibility for early morning, evening, or weekend shifts is necessary.
