Job Description:
We are hiring a strong and dependable Bulk Goods Loader to support our warehouse and retail operations in Berlin. This position involves loading and unloading large shipments of merchandise, especially bulk items, ensuring efficient handling and transfer from delivery vehicles to stockrooms or store floors.
Daily tasks include lifting and transporting heavy goods, organizing shipments according to categories, operating hand trucks or pallet jacks, and assisting with sorting and staging bulk inventory. You will also be responsible for maintaining safety standards while loading and unloading to prevent damage or injury.
This is a physically demanding role crucial for supporting seamless inventory flow and timely product availability.
Job Requirement:
Candidates must be physically fit and capable of repeatedly lifting heavy loads. Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or retail loading roles is preferred. Knowledge of material handling equipment like pallet jacks or dollies is a plus.
Attention to safety, ability to follow loading protocols, and a strong work ethic are essential. You must be able to work both independently and in coordination with a team under time-sensitive conditions.
Basic German communication skills are helpful for following instructions and safety signage. Flexibility for early morning or late-night shifts is required.
