Job Description:
As a Business Conduct Manager, you will oversee ethical behavior policies and ensure compliance with corporate governance standards. Based in Hamburg, your responsibilities include monitoring internal practices, resolving conduct-related conflicts, and advising leadership on appropriate disciplinary measures. You will also develop training tools and ensure the workforce understands and abides by corporate standards.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, law, or ethics. A minimum of 4–6 years in compliance, corporate conduct, or internal audit. Solid knowledge of German and EU business law and ethical frameworks is required. The ideal candidate will be highly detail-oriented, trustworthy, and able to work independently on sensitive issues. Familiarity with whistleblower systems and ESG reporting is an advantage. Fluency in German and English is essential.
