Job Description:
We are hiring a Compliance Reporting Specialist in Cologne to manage regulatory and internal reporting obligations. You’ll develop compliance dashboards, audit preparation files, and risk scorecards. You’ll coordinate with various departments to ensure all data meets local and EU regulatory expectations, and help respond to information requests from regulators or stakeholders.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or compliance. At least 4 years of experience working in compliance reporting, risk management, or internal controls. Knowledge of European financial regulations, risk assessment techniques, and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, or Tableau) is essential. Must be highly analytical, organized, and capable of working under tight deadlines. Fluency in both German and English is required.
