Job Description:
The Compliance Operations Manager will lead Berlin-based operations supporting compliance reporting, monitoring, and internal audit coordination. You will be responsible for streamlining compliance workflows, tracking regulatory changes, and overseeing quality control in compliance deliverables. You’ll also act as the main point of contact for compliance technology tools and vendor risk assessments.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in business, compliance, or law is essential. 5+ years of experience in regulatory compliance, with strong operational management skills. Familiarity with EU and German regulations, audit frameworks, and risk management tools is required. Prior experience in managing compliance systems (e.g., RSA Archer, MetricStream) is a plus. Strong organizational, leadership, and communication skills are critical. German and English fluency required.
