Job Description:
We are hiring a Compliance Audit Analyst to join our compliance and risk team based in Munich. The successful candidate will support and perform regulatory and internal compliance audits, helping ensure that the organization adheres to applicable laws and policies. The role involves planning, executing, and reporting on audits in a structured and professional manner.
You will work with various departments to test the effectiveness of existing compliance controls and identify areas of improvement. The candidate will also support remediation planning and follow-up actions, and contribute to the development of new compliance frameworks. Your findings and insights will help shape the compliance strategy of the company and contribute to a risk-aware culture.
Job Requirement:
A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Law is required, along with 2–4 years of experience in internal audit or compliance roles. Candidates with certifications such as CIA, CISA, or equivalent will be given preference.
A working knowledge of regulatory standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR) is important. Strong analytical and organizational skills are necessary, as is the ability to manage audit schedules and deadlines independently. Familiarity with audit software tools and data analytics is beneficial. Excellent communication in English and German is expected, especially for delivering audit findings to stakeholders.
