Job Requirement:
Candidates should have a degree in law, business ethics, human resources, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in corporate ethics, compliance, or governance is preferred. A thorough understanding of anti-corruption laws, ethical auditing, and international business standards is essential. Ideal applicants will have experience implementing corporate values programs, managing sensitive investigations, and handling policy breaches with discretion. Fluency in English and German is mandatory.
