We are looking for a Business Law Attorney in Frankfurt am Main to advise clients on corporate transactions, compliance, and legal risk management. Your work will span due diligence, joint ventures, financing agreements, and internal policy development.
In this client-facing role, you will support negotiations, draft legal documentation, and guide corporate clients on evolving business law and regulatory requirements.
Job Requirement:
German-qualified attorney with 4–7 years of experience in business or corporate law is required.
You must demonstrate strong drafting ability, client advisory skills, and familiarity with M&A, finance, employment, and competition law. Excellent analytical, communication, and negotiation skills are essential.
