Job Requirement:
Applicants should have a degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field, with 3–5 years of experience in account management or customer success. Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills are essential. Familiarity with CRM tools, customer lifecycle management, and the ability to understand technical concepts are critical. Fluency in German and English is mandatory.
