Job Requirement:
Applicants must possess a degree in Law, Business, or Contract Management, with 5+ years of experience in drafting and managing commercial contracts. A strong understanding of German and EU trade laws, along with experience in contract negotiation and risk assessment, is vital. Excellent stakeholder management, analytical, and communication skills are required. Bilingual proficiency in German and English is mandatory.
