We are hiring a Customer Service Engineer to provide technical support and service solutions for our clients. This role involves troubleshooting product issues, installing and maintaining equipment, and offering guidance on technical specifications. The engineer will serve as a bridge between the technical team and end-users, ensuring customer satisfaction through timely and effective solutions. You will also support product upgrades, document service reports, and contribute to process improvements based on client feedback.
Job Requirement:
The ideal candidate should have a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Systems Engineering, with 2–3 years of hands-on technical support experience. Proficiency in diagnostic tools, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills are essential. Experience in dealing with industrial equipment or complex machinery is highly valued. Fluency in German and English is required. Willingness to travel for on-site support is expected.
