Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead initiatives that optimize the end-to-end client journey. You will analyze feedback, develop experience strategies, and implement customer-focused improvements across all touchpoints. This role requires working closely with product, engineering, and support teams to align operational processes with customer expectations. Your goal will be to increase customer satisfaction, loyalty, and overall service efficiency.

Job Requirement:

Candidates should have a background in Customer Experience, Marketing, or Engineering, with 4+ years of experience in a client-centric role. Strong analytical skills, experience with customer journey mapping, and the ability to interpret KPIs are essential. Proficiency in customer feedback platforms and CRM software is a plus. German and English fluency is required.
