Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Digital Modeling Artist to contribute to our advanced marine visualization and design efforts in Berlin. This role focuses on creating high-quality digital models and renderings of ships, interiors, and onboard systems for use in virtual design reviews, simulations, and client presentations. The artist will collaborate with naval architects, designers, and engineers to translate technical specifications and 2D drawings into photorealistic 3D assets. You will also be involved in texture mapping, lighting adjustments, and creating immersive environments for digital walkthroughs or augmented reality applications. The position supports both technical accuracy and creative visualization.

Job Requirement:

Candidates should possess a degree in digital arts, industrial design, or computer graphics. Proficiency in 3D modeling and visualization software such as Blender, 3ds Max, Maya, or Cinema 4D is essential. Experience with marine or industrial subject matter is preferred. Familiarity with CAD data conversion, UV mapping, and rendering engines (like V-Ray or Unreal Engine) is beneficial. Strong artistic sense, attention to detail, and the ability to work under tight deadlines are necessary. Excellent communication and teamwork skills are also required. Understanding of basic engineering drawings or blueprints is a plus.
