Job Description:

We are looking for a dependable and efficient Grocery Shelf Replenisher to support our retail operations in Hamburg. In this role, you will be responsible for restocking shelves with grocery items, ensuring that products are well-organized, clean, and available for customers throughout the day. Your efforts will directly contribute to the store’s appearance and overall customer satisfaction.

Daily tasks include unloading stock from storage areas, checking for expired or damaged goods, rotating inventory based on freshness, and ensuring correct product placement according to planograms and promotions. You will also be responsible for identifying low-stock areas and promptly refilling them to prevent out-of-stock situations.

As a key member of the in-store team, you will help maintain neat and visually appealing aisles while adhering to hygiene and safety regulations. This position is physically active and involves regular movement, lifting, and working in refrigerated sections when necessary.

Job Requirement:

Applicants should have previous experience in a grocery, supermarket, or retail stock handling role. Strong organizational skills, time management, and the ability to follow instructions are essential.

You must be physically capable of lifting boxes, bending, and standing for long periods. Familiarity with inventory systems or barcode scanners is an advantage. Attention to product freshness, labeling accuracy, and display order is important.

Fluency in German is required to understand safety instructions, product labels, and communicate effectively with team members. Flexibility to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, or public holidays is expected based on store requirements.
