Job Description:
We are looking for a Monitoring Data Analyst in Munich to support data-driven decision-making across monitoring and evaluation projects. You will be responsible for collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various programs to ensure they meet impact objectives and donor requirements.
You’ll build and manage monitoring tools, maintain dashboards, and contribute to real-time reporting for performance measurement. Your findings will be essential for improving project strategies, securing funding, and informing stakeholders about organizational impact.

Job Requirement:
Degree in Statistics, Public Policy, Development Studies, or a related field
Minimum 3 years of experience in M&E or impact data analysis
Strong command of Excel and statistical software (SPSS, STATA, or R)
Experience designing surveys and data collection tools
Familiarity with program log frames and KPIs
Excellent communication and report-writing skills
Detail-oriented with a commitment to data accuracy
Experience with data visualization platforms like Power BI or Tableau
Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities
Fluency in English; knowledge of German preferred
