Job Description:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Store Supply Chain Assistant to join our retail team in Berlin. This role involves supporting the efficient flow of products from suppliers to store shelves, ensuring timely and accurate stock availability to meet customer demands.
You will assist with order processing, inventory tracking, and coordination with warehouses and delivery services. Responsibilities include managing stock records, updating inventory databases, and monitoring product deliveries to avoid shortages or overstock.
You will collaborate closely with the procurement team, warehouse staff, and store managers to streamline supply chain operations and maintain organized stockrooms. This role is crucial for smooth retail operations and maintaining customer satisfaction.
Job Requirement:
Candidates should have some experience or education in logistics, supply chain management, or retail operations. Strong organizational and data entry skills are essential.
Proficiency with inventory software and Microsoft Excel is preferred. You must be detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced environment.
Good command of German is required for communication with suppliers and internal teams. Flexibility to work standard business hours and occasional extended shifts is expected.
