Candidates for the Account Manager position in Rome, Italy should meet the following requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.

  • Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in account management, client relationship management, or sales within consulting, professional services, or business industries. Proven ability to manage multiple client accounts successfully.

  • Client Management Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-focused approach. Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships and understand client business needs.
