We are looking for an experienced and strategic-minded professional to fill the role of Business Strategy Lead in our Florence-based consultancy team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in strategic planning, business transformation, and leadership within complex and fast-paced environments.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Management, or a related field (MBA or equivalent advanced degree strongly preferred)
Minimum 6–8 years of experience in strategic planning, management consulting, or corporate strategy
Proven track record in leading high-impact strategy projects and business transformation initiatives
Deep understanding of industry trends, business model innovation, and competitive analysis
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience in financial modeling and market research
