To be successful as a Business Strategy Analyst in our Rome-based team, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Management, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in business strategy, management consulting, or corporate planning. Experience in a consulting firm or multinational environment is a strong advantage.
Analytical Skills: Strong ability to interpret data, perform financial analysis, and assess market trends to support strategic recommendations.
Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and familiarity with financial modeling.
Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Italian language proficiency is an advantage.
Teamwork: Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively in cross-functional and multicultural teams.
