Candidates for the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) role in Rome must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Public Administration, or a related field. A master’s degree or MBA is preferred, especially with a focus on organizational leadership or operations management.
Applicants should have at least 10 years of progressive experience in administrative leadership roles, including 5+ years in senior management within the consulting, corporate, or professional services sector. Proven expertise in managing corporate services such as HR, legal, procurement, compliance, and facilities management is required.
