A master’s degree or certification in clinical research, regulatory affairs, or project management (e.g., PMP, ACRP, or SOCRA) is highly preferred.
Applicants must have 3–5 years of experience in clinical operations, clinical research coordination, or healthcare consulting. Familiarity with Good Clinical Practice (GCP), EU regulatory guidelines, and clinical trial lifecycle management is essential.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are required, along with the ability to evaluate operational workflows, ensure regulatory compliance, and identify performance improvement opportunities. Experience with clinical trial management systems (CTMS), EDC platforms, and quality assurance tools is expected.
Fluency in Italian and English, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with clinical teams, administrators, and external stakeholders are vital.
