To be considered for the Change Management Consultant role in Florence, Italy, candidates must meet the following requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field. Certifications in change management (e.g., Prosci, ACMP) are highly desirable.
Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in change management, organizational development, or management consulting, preferably within a corporate or consulting environment.
Change Management Expertise: Strong knowledge of change management methodologies and frameworks such as Prosci ADKAR, Kotter, or Lewin’s Change Model. Proven ability to design and execute change strategies, communication plans, and training programs.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required; fluency in Italian is strongly preferred. Ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all organizational levels.
Project Management: Solid organizational and project management skills to handle multiple initiatives and deadlines simultaneously.
Interpersonal Skills: Strong stakeholder management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively within cross-functional and multicultural teams.
Technical Proficiency: Familiarity with collaboration and project management tools such as MS Office, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
Work Authorization: Candidates must have legal authorization to work in Italy and be willing to work onsite in Florence, with occasional travel as needed.
