Candidates for the Business Operations Lead position in Rome, Italy must meet the following requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Operations, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.
Experience: At least 5 years of experience in business operations, project management, or a related leadership role within consulting, professional services, or corporate sectors.
Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and drive operational improvements.
Analytical Ability: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze operational data, identify inefficiencies, and implement effective solutions.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English are required; fluency in Italian is highly advantageous. Strong stakeholder management and interpersonal skills are essential.
