Job Description:
Key duties include preparing soil and planting beds, transplanting seedlings, watering, weeding, pruning, and applying fertilizers or pesticides as directed. The laborer will also help monitor plant health, manage irrigation systems, and maintain cleanliness and order in the greenhouse. Additional responsibilities include harvesting flowers, packaging for sale or export, and loading/unloading materials and supplies.
Candidates should be physically fit, capable of performing manual labor in hot and humid conditions, and able to follow verbal or written instructions accurately. No formal education is required, but experience in greenhouse or floriculture work is highly preferred. Basic knowledge of plant care and safe handling of tools and chemicals is a plus.
