Job Description:
Responsibilities include assessing land and soil conditions, selecting appropriate tree and plant species for Kuwait’s arid climate, and developing planting and maintenance plans tailored to construction sites. The Silviculturist will also oversee reforestation, erosion control, and land rehabilitation efforts to mitigate the environmental impact of development activities.
This role involves close collaboration with environmental consultants, landscape designers, and construction project managers to ensure ecological goals are achieved in line with national environmental regulations. Monitoring tree health, implementing pest and disease control strategies, and preparing environmental reports are also essential duties.
