Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and supervise the installation and maintenance of agricultural systems and equipment, including irrigation systems, drainage, and farm machinery.
Conduct technical assessments of soil, water, and crop production processes to identify areas for improvement.
Implement precision agriculture techniques to optimize inputs such as water, fertilizer, and labor.
Collaborate with agronomists, farm managers, and technicians to develop sustainable farming solutions.
Monitor environmental impact and ensure compliance with local environmental and agricultural regulations.
Provide technical guidance on farm infrastructure projects, such as greenhouse systems, storage facilities, and climate control systems.
Analyze data, prepare reports, and propose cost-effective engineering improvements.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Engineering or a related field.
Minimum of 2–4 years of experience in agricultural engineering or farm infrastructure projects.
Proficiency in CAD software and farm management systems.
Strong problem-solving, planning, and project management skills.
