Job Description:
The Account Manager Analyst in Hawally manages key vendor and supplier accounts for an e-commerce marketplace, focusing on data-driven account performance improvement and stakeholder engagement. This role involves analyzing sales data, tracking KPIs, preparing performance reviews, and facilitating communication between the platform and partners.
Key responsibilities include assisting in onboarding new vendors, optimizing product listings, addressing account concerns, resolving compliance issues, and supporting promotional campaigns. The analyst works closely with merchandising and operations teams to enhance partner experience and boost account profitability.

Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Account Management, or E-Commerce
2–4 years of experience in vendor or partner account management
Strong Excel and reporting skills
Familiarity with marketplace platforms like Amazon Seller Central, Shopify, or WooCommerce
Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
Ability to interpret performance data and provide actionable feedback
