Job Description:
The Account Manager Director in Salmiyah leads the vendor management and marketplace relationship strategy for a large e-commerce platform. This senior role focuses on partner development, strategic growth planning, performance optimization, and contract negotiations.
Responsibilities include managing a team of account managers, setting performance goals, analyzing category performance, building incentive programs, resolving high-level disputes, and expanding the vendor ecosystem. The director ensures that all accounts align with company growth objectives, compliance standards, and brand values.

Job Requirement:
MBA or Master’s in Business, Strategic Partnerships, or Commerce
10+ years of account or vendor management experience in retail/e-commerce
Strong knowledge of e-commerce ecosystems and supplier operations
Demonstrated leadership, negotiation, and strategic planning capabilities
Proficiency in CRM tools and performance analytics platforms
Excellent communication, mentorship, and stakeholder management skills
