Job Description:
The Affiliate Marketing Manager Strategist in Hawally is responsible for planning and executing the affiliate marketing strategy for an e-commerce brand, with the goal of scaling customer acquisition and revenue through third-party partnerships.
This role includes developing recruitment strategies for affiliates and influencers, negotiating commission structures, overseeing tracking technologies, and analyzing performance metrics. The strategist identifies high-performing affiliates, manages promotional assets, and aligns campaigns with key sales events.
Additionally, the strategist collaborates with digital marketing teams to ensure synergy between affiliate and paid media efforts and works closely with legal teams to ensure compliance with affiliate marketing laws and regulations.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s in Marketing, Business, or Communications
6+ years in affiliate marketing, with strategy development experience
Strong knowledge of affiliate networks like CJ Affiliate, ShareASale, Rakuten, or Impact
Understanding of tracking technologies, cookies, and attribution models
Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills
Proficiency in performance analytics and reporting tools
Experience integrating affiliate marketing with omnichannel campaigns
