Job Description:
The Analytics Manager Officer in AI Ahmadi oversees data analysis across customer behavior, sales performance, and digital campaign efficiency to provide actionable insights for e-commerce growth. The officer leads data visualization projects, monitors real-time KPIs, and builds models to support inventory, marketing, and customer service teams.
Responsibilities include maintaining dashboards, managing data pipelines, extracting insights from large datasets, and presenting trends to leadership. The officer also supports A/B testing and statistical modeling to evaluate new features and campaign strategies.
This role is integral to evidence-based decision-making and strategic planning across the business.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Statistics, or Business Intelligence
6+ years in analytics or data management, preferably in e-commerce
Proficiency in SQL, Python or R, and visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI
Experience with GA4, CRM data, and attribution modeling
Ability to translate complex data into clear business recommendations
Excellent communication and data storytelling skills
