The Business Analyst Director in Hawally is responsible for leading a team of analysts to identify opportunities for business growth and operational improvements within an e-commerce setting. Job Requirement:
MBA or Master’s in Business Analytics, Economics, or Strategy
10+ years of experience in business analysis, with leadership roles in e-commerce preferred
Strong command of BI tools, SQL, and statistical modeling
Excellent problem-solving skills and financial acumen
Experience with Agile/Scrum frameworks and project management software
Proven success in launching data-driven business improvements
