Job Description:
The Brand Manager Director in Mahboula is responsible for shaping and executing the overall brand strategy of the e-commerce business. This executive role oversees brand positioning, tone of voice, visual identity, and customer perception across all channels.
The director leads cross-functional teams in delivering cohesive messaging, developing brand partnerships, managing rebranding initiatives, and ensuring alignment with customer expectations and market dynamics. They use consumer insights, competitor benchmarking, and trend forecasting to evolve the brand over time.
Job Requirement:
MBA or Master’s in Marketing, Branding, or Strategic Communications
10+ years of experience in brand leadership, preferably in digital-first businesses
Strong understanding of brand architecture, creative strategy, and omnichannel marketing
Excellent leadership, vision, and storytelling capabilities
Proven success in building iconic, customer-centric brands
