Job Description:
The Affiliate Marketing Manager Analyst in Salmiyah manages the day-to-day operations of affiliate programs, focusing on performance tracking, affiliate onboarding, and optimization of partnership ROI for the e-commerce business.
Responsibilities include uploading creative assets, managing affiliate communications, compiling performance reports, monitoring traffic and conversions, and ensuring accurate tracking implementations. The analyst supports the strategist in refining commission models, identifying fraudulent traffic, and building monthly performance reviews.
This role is also involved in preparing content calendars for affiliates and resolving technical or support issues to maintain a healthy affiliate ecosystem.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Commerce, or Data Analytics
3–5 years of experience in affiliate or performance marketing
Proficiency in Google Analytics, Excel, and affiliate platforms
Attention to detail in tracking implementation and data integrity
Strong analytical thinking and reporting skills
Good interpersonal and vendor communication abilities
