Job Description:
The Civil Litigation Attorney in AI Ahmadi represents clients in non-criminal disputes involving contracts, torts, property, and commercial issues. This role involves case assessment, legal strategy development, drafting pleadings, discovery, trial preparation, and court representation. Attorneys manage the litigation lifecycle, handle negotiations, and pursue settlements or trial resolutions.
Civil litigation encompasses a wide range of disputes, such as breach of contract, negligence, property claims, and financial disagreements. The attorney collaborates with expert witnesses, mediators, and legal support teams, and prepares appeals where necessary.
Job Requirement:
A law degree with valid bar registration in Kuwait is required. Candidates must have 4–7 years of civil litigation experience. Proficiency in legal research, litigation procedure, document drafting, and courtroom advocacy is critical. Strong negotiation and analytical skills, as well as familiarity with Kuwaiti civil law, are essential. Attention to detail, time management, and the ability to handle high-stakes litigation are required.
