The manager handles escalations, drafts SOPs, and coordinates between compliance and business units to improve efficiency and adherence.
Job Requirement:
A degree in business, law, or compliance is required. 5–8 years’ experience in compliance operations or audit management is essential. Familiarity with compliance systems, workflows, and regulatory documentation is important. Strong analytical and process improvement skills are required. Prior experience in compliance reporting or regulatory liaison is beneficial.
