Job Description:
The Concrete Mixer Driver in Al Ahmadi is responsible for operating mixer trucks to transport and deliver ready-mix concrete to construction sites. This role requires careful loading, mixing, and discharging of concrete while ensuring product consistency and timeliness.
Daily duties involve inspecting the mixer truck, navigating to various sites, operating the drum controls for proper mixing, and ensuring safety during loading and offloading. The driver must maintain logs and coordinate with dispatch and site supervisors.
Job Requirement:
Commercial driver’s license (CDL) with clean driving record.
Experience (minimum 2 years) with mixer truck operations.
Understanding of concrete properties and mixing requirements.
Ability to operate hydraulic systems and chute mechanisms.
Familiarity with road safety and transport regulations.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Reliable, with a commitment to delivering quality concrete.
Physical ability to handle equipment and perform minor cleaning.
Communication skills to interface with construction personnel.
Flexibility for early starts, overtime, or emergency dispatch.
